It is said in the ancient times, people had stones. Some sages had stones by which they could turn iron into GOLD! Such stones are described to be touchstones! So it’s said that the Holy name of Krishna is Cintamani - so it is a touchstone.
It can transform, an ordinary person into a saintly person!
