In our natural position, we belong in a relationship with Krsna, but here in this world, we have forgotten that relationship and now we preoccupy ourselves with a relationship with the material energy in the form of wealth, in the form of possessions, in the form of positions of power. We have a relationship with our house, our family, our possessions, with our work, with our nation, with the world, but we forgot that we have a relationship with Krsna.
This chanting of the Hare Krsna Mahamantra will reawaken our original love for Krsna. If we simply chant His name, then automatically we will be again drawn to Krsna. We will awaken as if from a deep sleep. We will realise that actually the only thing that has true value is: The Supreme Lord
