As long as there is hope, then we can keep on going. This is a nice message because it is a fact that to keep going in our spiritual life is not the easiest thing. We have our wonderful experiences at times and we have our struggle. To remain dedicated in spiritual life and to remain always strong and to remain always serious is very difficult. To never forget that the only thing that really matters is Krsna, service to Krsna, is difficult. So easy to also pursue some other desires by the side, invest some energy there and develop some attachments. So we have to maintain hope that in spite of our struggle, in spite of our lack of qualification, that we still somehow or other get the mercy. That hope is essential. It's true - we don't have to be super devotees, we don't have to be amazing devotees to get the mercy of Caitanya Mahaprabhu.
