It is described that Lord Nityananda expands Himself. He becomes the original Sankarsana: He becomes Sesa: And then it says that He becomes the three Purusa-avatar.He serves Lord Krsna in five different ways. And in these 5 different ways, He serves Him completely....
He serves Him as a personal attendant: By becoming His bed, His shoes and all the paraphernalia that are being used for worship. That is in His role as a personal attendant.
He also becomes the root of so many incarnations, within the chapter of Yuga. Sankarsana – he becomes the root of so many forms. Also Lord Sadasiva is emanating from Him, and finally impregnating the unmanifest material energy in the form of Pradyumna
So in all respects, Lord Balarama- Lord Nityananda is involved with the assisting the Supreme Lord.
