This lecture is based on the Srimad Bhagavatam, verse 40, from chapter 31 of the 3rd canto: The verse is as follows: Translation: “The woman, created by the Lord, is the representation of māyā, and one who associates with such māyā by accepting services must certainly know that this is the way of death, just like a blind well covered with grass”. Let us be conscious of the need of spiritual nourishment. We ourselves are in need of spiritual nourishment. Let us not think that we can go on automatic pilot in spiritual life, but let us make a conscious effort to be well nourished, and let us nourish others, by becoming vaisnavas of noble character, and then I guarantee you that the path back to Godhead will be successful! It will be successful! |
