(Devotee discusses difference in what has heard about the different ages) HH KKS: Srila Prabhupada clearly stated that the Golden age would last 10,000 years. The total Kali yuga lasts 432,000 years. 5000 years have already passed. That puts us at 427,000 years to go and it’s 10,000 years Golden age of Lord Chaitanya and still 417,000 of Kali yuga. And at the end of that Kalki is suppose to appear and Kalki will destroy the sinful souls, the sinful conditioned souls...and then some sages who are waiting in the Himalayas will reaappeear and the atmosphere will change and satya yuga will be there. That’s the way we have always learned it .
But sometimes there are these differences between different vaishnavas...and then in the end of the day who cares! We don’t care what’s going to happen after Lord Chaitnaya is going to go: all that we know is..”Take it now!”
Take it now..that is the essence
