Not Yet Fulfilled

Whatever we do in this world, we work so hard, we try so many things, and still not satisfied.
We got so much and yet, still not quite enough. Somehow or other still some feeling of emptiness remains, no matter what we have done so far, no matter what we have attained.

Of course, I was discussing with someone, that in the beginning even in Krishna consciousness some emptiness remains within the heart. Because even in the beginning we are not able to go deep and penetrate in our devotional service. The heart is still full of material desire and the dust is still there, although the cleansing is going on, we are not really wholeheartedly serving Krishna.
O.K. we are chanting a little, we are doing some service. But at this stage, not yet absorbed - therefore not yet fulfilled - Although we are getting inspiration for that service, something - some taste is there, so we are carry on, waiting to see what more will come.
